In this course, you’ll learn about the Four Noble Truths, our Wisdom Heart, and methods for integrating human emotions on the path.
In this course, you’ll learn about the Four Seals that define the Buddhist view, and how to work with a spiritual friend.
In this course, you’ll learn two Buddhist mindfulness approaches to working with body, feelings, mind, and phenomena.
Designed for modern students, the courses contain profound content presented in simple terms by senior teachers. The courses are divided into three or four modules, each of which consists of multiple short sessions. Each session begins with a description of the material that will be presented, who is teaching the material, and page numbers from the source text. Each session is designed to take no more than 30 minutes. You can access these courses whenever and wherever you wish.
In each session, you will encounter a mix of videos, audio recordings and articles. Each of these is followed by a reflection exercise. The reflection exercises are in the form of open-ended, multiple choice, true/false, and matching questions. After watching a video, listening to an audio recording, or reading an article, click on the “Start Reflection” button located to the right. Complete the reflection and proceed to the next video, audio recording, or article in the session. When all the reflections have been completed, enjoy your reward at the end of the session and click the “Mark Complete” button. This will track your progress and take you to the next session or module.
