Description
This is the last of four courses in the Introduction to Buddhism series, providing a gateway to the Buddha’s basic teachings about the human condition and how we can work with our mind. Designed for modern students, the course combines profound content presented in a jargon-free manner by senior teachers. Each digital session is designed to take no more than 30 minutes so that you can access whenever and wherever you are ready.
The course is divided into four modules, each of which consists of 2-3 short sessions. Each session begins with a description of the material that will be presented, who is teaching the material, and page numbers from the source text (Introduction to Buddhism 104: The Four Foundations of Mindfulness)
